Specialties: I use a multimodal creative art, mindfulness, and radical liberation approach to support clients navigate a wide range of challenges (anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, disordered eating, body image, substance use, and burnout/perfectionism) and my primary orientations are in Drama Therapy, Harm Reduction, CBT, DBT, ACT, Narrative, MI, and Somatic therapies.
